The five (5) storey building facility provides proper clinic space and for people and equipment. Further, the center enjoys the support of the medical specialists with medical specializations ranging from pulmonary, cardiology, nephrology, surgery, endocrinology, OB gynecology and others.

Aside from being a competent workforce and management team, SM Lazo Medical Clinic has instituted security mechanisms and measures in order to secure the integrity of our medical results. This is done through online publishing of results as well as tamper-proof medical certificates.

The Center was established by Dr. Salvador M. Lazo whose specialization is family medicine practiced and served the residents of Malate and nearby districts in Manila.

As shared by all our personnel, our mission is to provide high quality occupational and industrial medical services and accurate and prompt medical results to the most number of Filipinos.

The S.M. Lazo Medical Clinic, Inc. ( SMLMCI ) is comprehensively designed for pre-employment medical examination for overseas placements, local companies, annual medical examinations including executive checkups and required hospitalization services with affiliates. Hence, we, at SMLMCI, are committed to the pursuit of excellence. We have the equipment, facilities, expertise and amenities necessary to fulfill the needs of our clients in 1987 the Philippine Government and Department of Health has granted its accreditation.

The center is strategically located at the corner of Taft Ave. and J. Nakpil St. Malate Metro Manila across Philippine Women’s University. It is accessible to all types of public land transportation. Services and informations needed are attended to, courteously by our staff.
